We were on a family vacation with a child staying in a de lux room (large with air conditioning) and a night in a pink boutique room (with a jacuzzi in the room and very romantic decor in my view). We were super happy with the individual approach to guests (hats off for the reception ladies), very friendly service and really tasty kitchen. Super happy with the sauna zone and the fantastic service (once again thanks to Kasia and Marcin), I especially recommend the sauna and steam bath rituals and a withe massage, it is a real must-try. The management should take special care of employees who inspire and make guests return. We frequently visit different hotels in Poland and with a clear conscience I can recommend it as being a plus in comparison with others including four and five stars. I will definitely come back here again.
I didn't like the fee for an afternoon swimming pool access (sauna zone, I can understand), which can discourage clients, all the rest is definitely a plus. It is worth asking for an offer tailored to your needs and expectations before booking.
